For this month’s Employee Spotlight, we feature Ricardo Martinez. Here at SiteSpect, Ricardo is one of our newer customer success managers, and works for the SiteSpect Europe team.

Briefly describe your primary responsibilities within your role at SiteSpect. (What does a typical day look like?)

As a customer success manager, my responsibility is to make sure clients are using SiteSpect in an optimal way. Furthermore, I also help our customers with building tests, metrics, and thinking along with possible tests.

What is it you enjoy most about your job?

I like my colleagues, freedom to work, and to be in direct contact with the clients!

In your time at SiteSpect, what has been your favorite project or memory?

As I only have 7 months at SiteSpect I would say the SiteSpect Europe CAB 2022. It was amazing to meet the clients in person and to not only have time to talk about work but also to get to know them in a personal way as well!

When you aren’t working, how do you spend your free time?

When not working I spend time with the kids and wife and/or watching moves/series, or doing sports.

List your favorite sports teams/bands/artists:

My favorite sport is Break Dance but that is because I was a breakdancer for 13 years. Besides that, I am also fond of volleyball!
