We’re thrilled to share that SiteSpect has been included the Gartner® 2021 Magic Quadrant™ for Personalization Engines. According to this Magic Quadrant report, “Personalization engines help marketers identify, select, tailor and deliver messaging such as content, offers and other interactions across customer touchpoints in support of three primary use cases:
- Marketing: Delivering the right message to the right audience and in the right context to maximize marketing and advertising performance.
- Digital Commerce: Tailoring content, offers, recommendations and experiences across digital sales channels.
- Service and support: Customizing online and offline experiences across business functions to reduce customer effort or increase customer satisfaction and advocacy.”
SiteSpect was one of 12 vendors included in the report. We believe our platform performed well in all three use cases, and especially for marketing.
We’re proud to be considered a Niche Player in the personalization space. Here’s how our personalization engine works and sets us apart from our competitors.
How SiteSpect Personalization Works
SiteSpect’s personalization platform allows you to offer the right experience to the right user at the right time through AI-powered contextual and behavioral targeting. Unlike other platforms, SiteSpect’s patented architecture puts us in the flow of traffic, so we’re learning about users from their very first browser request. This means we deliver better personalized experiences than engines that rely on JavaScript tags.
SiteSpect also makes it easy for anyone to implement a personalization campaign using our Visual Editor. Not to mention, you can configure any personalization campaign as an omnichannel campaign and create a consistent experience across all channels and devices.
