What Does McDonald’s Acquisition of Dynamic Yield Mean for Current Customers?

You want fries with that?

The news is out that McDonald’s has acquired personalization solution Dynamic Yield. This is a major shift for Dynamic Yield. While we’re bound to see some cool personalized tech at McDonald’s 37,000 restaurants, existing Dynamic Yield customers probably won’t be seeing that tech for awhile, if at all.

Dynamic Yield will tell you that nothing is going to change, and that the move will actually improve their product. That would be incorrect. With new ownership and a new first priority (to the, again, 37,000 McDonald’s restaurants worldwide), Dynamic Yield now has just two customers: McDonald’s, and everyone else.

At SiteSpect, we know how important it is to provide front line technology that does what we say it does and the service to back it up. Every customer gets dedicated support along every step of the way, and a guarantee of success. If you want to try SiteSpect for a 30-day free trial with an easy on-boarding to A/B test us out alongside Dynamic Yield, give us a call.
