Leading Digital Optimization Firm SiteSpect Drives Growth with Appointment of New Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Willis reports to the Founder and CEO of SiteSpect as a member of the executive team.

Bob is responsible for SiteSpect’s global sales organization, where he focuses on driving revenue and increasing company value. Previously, he was the Vice President and General Manager, North America at ORSYP, a performance management and IT automation business. At ORSYP, Bob led strategic growth initiatives, building up the company until its acquisition by Automic.

Prior to ORSYP, Bob was a Senior Director at Autodesk where he built the sales channel that focused on the company’s largest and most strategic accounts. Bob established a sustainable major and global account program that is now used on a worldwide basis, having quadrupled business during his tenure. Previous to Autodesk, he served as the Eastern Area Director and Global Account Manager of IBM while at Mentor Graphics.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, and a Master of Science degree in Management from Northeastern University.
