Letter from the CEO: Reflecting on SiteSpect’s 2024 Momentum and the Future

As I reflect on our performance and mission in 2024, my leadership team and I are incredibly proud of what we have accomplished at SiteSpect. Our vision to drive impactful, customer-centric experimentation with substantial ROI has never been stronger, and this year, we’ve taken tremendous strides in accomplishing this vision with outstanding support from our customers and partners.
In 2024, we welcomed several major enterprise Healthcare, Retail, and Media clients to the SiteSpect family. Their commitment reinforces the value of our platform and speaks to the level of trust industry leaders place in us. With each of our customers, we’ve had the opportunity to drive innovative and meaningful digital transformations, helping optimize our customers’ user experiences and accelerate growth.
Our growth has also been matched by financial health and stability. In 2024, we achieved higher profitability while sustaining a market-leading renewal rate in the high nineties and securing a record number of multi-year contracts. These strong indicators reflect both the enduring value of SiteSpect’s technology and the trust our customers place in our ability to drive meaningful, long-term impact across their organizations.
Another highlight for us this year was being recognized by The Marketing Weekly’s TMW100 as a leading ‘Content & Experience’ solution. In our category, we ranked 2nd overall worldwide. This accolade underscores our commitment to pushing boundaries in customer experience and experimentation.
2024 also marked the expansion of our partner ecosystem. With a revitalized partner program, we have laid the foundation to collaborate with industry-leading organizations across the globe. This network of both agency and tech partners amplifies our reach and enhances the value we deliver, enabling us to better serve our clients with the integrated, end-to-end solutions their conversion and experimentation programs demand.
On the product side, our team delivered enhancements that support our clients’ evolving needs. We introduced Group Sequential Testing—a breakthrough for CRO professionals seeking a shorter time to value and more refined analysis and control. Our new Test Planner has also become a valuable tool for guiding strategic test preparation and execution. And I am incredibly proud to have begun the release of the new SiteSpect UI which is set to completely overhaul the product experience with a modern and intuitive interface while preserving the underlying power of the SiteSpect product.
As we close out this year, I want to express my gratitude to our customers, employees, and partners. Together, we’ve built something exceptional, and I am filled with optimism for what 2025 will bring. Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to a successful, impactful new year!
