You’ll walk away with a tips on setting realistic expectations for the impact of your testing, accounting for external factors that may impact your test results, predicting sample size and duration requirements for each test and determining whether you should repeat a test to validate results. You’ll also learn key statistical concepts and how to identify signs of predictive validity beyond statistical significance.

Doug brings more than 15 years of web optimization and analytics experience to his role as Director of SiteSpect's Professional Services team. In this role, Doug combines his expertise and creativity to lead a team of business and technical consultants focused on delivering successful optimization programs for SiteSpect's clients. Prior to SiteSpect, Doug held product management and consulting roles at Boston- and Philadelphia-based firms, including RR Donnelley and Hay Management Consultants. In these positions, he consulted on analytics-driven omnichannel marketing solutions for global brands such as John Deere, Hewlett Packard, and 3M. Doug holds an M.S. in Information Systems from Drexel University and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Union College.
