The Customer Advisory Board members will discuss SiteSpect’s vision and business strategy, and participants will have the opportunity to engage in guiding future development and investments. The formation of the board will help SiteSpect ensure that its products and services continue to contribute to its customers’ successes. Discussion topics will include such issues as the rising importance of mobile and creating a seamless omnichannel experience. The goal is to have serious discussions about the future of the industry that are rooted in data and fact. For example, recent research from comScore found that smartphone internet consumption grew by 78 percent between December 2013 and December 2015, and mobile devices now account for nearly two of every three minutes spent online.
