For this month’s Employee Spotlight, we feature Paul Terry. Here at SiteSpect, Paul is a senior optimization consultant.

How long have you worked at SiteSpect?

It will be 12 years in October.

Briefly describe your primary responsibilities within your role at SiteSpect. (What does a typical day look like?)

As an Optimization Consultant, I work with our clients on setting up testing practices, training, and test ideation, feasibility, design, and analysis.

What is it you enjoy most about your job?

Working with our clients to get value out of SiteSpect and make data driven decisions about their sites and applications.

In your time at SiteSpect, what has been your favorite project or memory?

Spending time in Boston or with clients around the country.

When you aren’t working, how do you spend your free time?

Reading, piano, photography, and traveling with family.
