SiteSpect, Inc., a recognized leader in digital business and customer experience optimization, announced today that Patrick Romich has been named the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, Romich will assume the responsibility for all facets of the company, including strategic initiatives and partnerships that will lead the growth and expansion of the company, including new market sectors.

Romich brings a wealth of senior executive experience in the technology sector, with specific expertise in driving strategic growth initiatives and value creation. His leadership and extensive background includes successfully driving revenue for high-growth privately held companies. For example, he most recently served as CEO at Universal Wilde (UW) Inc., a full-service marketing communications provider.
Romich has also held previous CEO positions for Dassault Systemes / ENOVIA, Synchronicity, Inc. and Information Handling Services – Engineering Division, which is now part of the IHS Markit family of companies. He was also an entrepreneur in residence (EIR) for Warburg Pincus and previously consulted for various venture capital and private equity groups where he advised on strategic technology transactions. Romich has held numerous operating roles in the information technology space and is recognized as a growth leader in the industry. Romich earned his BS degree from Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre, PA.
As Romich assumes this role at SiteSpect, Hansen, founder and current CEO, will transition to the new role of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Hansen will focus on driving product innovation and the next generation of digital optimization technology. In addition, Hansen will lead the company’s emerging market strategies as it expands within Europe and other international markets.
