SiteSpect, Inc., the leading provider of non-intrusive multivariate testing and behavioral targeting technology, announced today that its founder and CEO, Eric J. Hansen, will present at the Online Marketing Summit 2011 to be held at the Downtown Westin Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego.
Hansen will speak on the Conversion Testing Best Practices Track at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. This session will focus on building a testing environment and best practices.
In addition, SiteSpect will sponsor Web Analytics Wednesday in the Delta Room at the House of Blues San Diego from 6:30-8:30 p.m., also on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Hansen will speak on the best practices in optimizing web performance via testing and targeting. Eric is the founder and CEO of SiteSpect, and the chief architect of the firm's non-intrusive technology for multivariate testing, behavioral targeting, and digital marketing optimization. Prior to SiteSpect, Eric was the founder and CEO of Worldmachine Technologies, an Internet development and consulting firm specializing in large-scale web engineering projects for organizations such as John Hancock Insurance, Putnam Investments, Hearst New Media, and The New England Journal of Medicine.
Prior to Worldmachine, Eric held product management and software engineering positions at several Boston-based technology firms including Princeton Transportation Consulting Group (Logistics.com), Raytheon Company, and the Center for Clinical Computing at Harvard Medical School.
Eric is a frequent speaker at conferences covering web analytics and optimization, and writes regularly on topics dealing with the intersection of marketing and technology. He received a degree in Cognitive Science and Psychology with honors from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY.
