Technical Trainer
The Technical trainer provides operational training to customers and SiteSpect employees on SiteSpect offerings. The Technical Trainer works directly with Engineering and Technical Support to develop curriculums that give our customers the necessary foundation with SiteSpect as well as addressing the issues most commonly encountered by the Support staff.
Requirements:
- 5+ years related experience, 1+ years technical training experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience performing web presentations a plus
- Demonstrated experience developing a portfolio of training materials from design and development to delivery
- Experience with HTML, with exposure to Microsoft FrontPage or similar a plus
- Working knowledge of software programming concepts and practices
- BA/BS with degree in Computer Science or similar preferred
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of the time
